Hyperpyrean Editor Terms of Service

1. Purpose

Hyperpyrean Editor is an internal Unity Editor application developed by Alex Passera for the management of the Hyperpyrean game project. The application is used to access Patreon creator data for the sole purpose of generating and maintaining supporter credits within the game.

2. Intended Use

This application is not intended for public use or distribution. It is operated exclusively by the creator of Hyperpyrean.

3. Patreon Data

The application accesses Patreon data only after authorization through Patreon. Retrieved information is limited to what is necessary for acknowledging supporters, such as display names and membership tiers.

4. Data Usage

Information retrieved through the Patreon API is used solely for:

Generating in-game credits.
Acknowledging supporters according to their Patreon membership.
Managing supporter recognition within the Hyperpyrean project.

No Patreon data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

Hyperpyrean, its associated artwork, software, and related content are the intellectual property of Alex Passera unless otherwise stated.

6. Disclaimer

This application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure its correct operation, no guarantees are made regarding availability, compatibility, or uninterrupted access.
